David Dowdy is one of the Elders at CRBC and labors most particularly in the ministry of preaching. He is husband to his loving wife, Autumn, and father to two beautiful girls, Piper and AnneMarie.  Installed as an Elder at the age of twenty-three, he is self-studied but plans to work toward a degree at the International Reformed Baptist Seminary. Some of his favorite things in life are studying theology, playing the drums, enjoying his family, and making people laugh. SDG

Stephen Woloschek is one of the Elders at CRBC. His labors are primarily centered upon organizing the liturgy for corporate worship on The Lords Day, and regularly leads the congregation in prayer and song. Stephen preaches occasionally and is currently sharing responsibility in teaching the Adult Sunday School Class with Pastor David Dowdy. Stephen married his beautiful wife, Keely, in 2020, and loves to study theology, play music, spend time outdoors, and travel with his wife.

Dave Allison is an Elder of CRBC. He’s a Columbus, Ohio native who’s been with the congregation of CRBC since 2015 and has served as an Elder since 2022. He is the husband of Maria Allison and a father of two children: Everleigh and Elijah. Dave preaches on occasion and teaches a young teens class every Sunday. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Ministry from Liberty University. He enjoys learning in the fields of theology, psychology, history, philosophy and apologetics. Dave has many hobbies and enjoys working with his hands by tinkering and building things.

Nigel is a husband, father of two sons, and works as an Engineer in his career. Nigel is the Building Maintenance Deacon, and also serves in leading worship part time. In his role as Deacon, Nigel is responsible for repairs, maintenance, and adding to the church building, as well as being a resource in aiding congregants with similar needs.

Orlando, known to most as OJ, was born and raised in Cleveland, OH and has lived in Portsmouth since 2014. He and his beautiful wife Jasmine are foster parents to 3 lovely children (two of which they are in the process of adopting). God has blessed them with a child of their own which should arrive late September. OJ is the Deacon overseeing hospitality. He also helps with slides during corporate worship, and loves to serve the congregation any way he can.

Wyatt was born and raised in Hillsboro, Ohio. He and his wife, Megan, have been married since 2017 and have one daughter, Hattie. He has worked as a high school mathematics teacher since 2016. Wyatt has served as a Deacon at CRBC since 2021. His primary sphere of responsibility consists of yardwork and landscaping, and he enjoys serving the congregation in any way he can. In his spare time, Wyatt enjoys reading, fly fishing, and spending time with his family.

Bob loves the Lord and has sought Him since age 19. He is an ophthalmologist serving the community of Portsmouth. He and his amazing wife Chris have five children and seven grandchildren. Bob is the church treasurer and loves generously serving the congregation.

Brandon has lived in Scioto County his entire life. He and his  wife Amber have two children, Natalee and Sam. He has been a school teacher since 2008. His roles as Deacon revolve around the children's ministry. He oversees all the Sunday School classes along with teaching the Early Childhood class. He is also in charge of the yearly Vacation Bible School program.

Corey and his wife Katie have three wonderful, red-headed children, Sebastian, Aslyne, and Dietrich. He has been a Deacon since 2015 and is over Media Services and IT. In his spare time, he enjoys playing board games and spending time with his family.
